An opportunity has arisen to join a hugely successful international oil company as a Talent Acquisition Manager. You will lead on the development of staff and hiring of new talent for the company.

Responsibilities:

- To manage T&D Department (office and retail)
- To manage training and development strategy for the company
- To partner with department managers to identify and determine training and development needs
- To lead succession planning process
- To develop assessment & testing system for development needs
- To lead company internship / trainee programs
- To establish major T&D policies and procedures
- Budgeting

Requirements:

- 2 – 5 years experience in human resources (T&D, Recruitment)
- Higher university degree, preferable in HR, business administration
- Knowledge of the principles and practices of human resource management
- Proven expertise in training procedures, techniques, assessment tools, training market knowledge
- Track record in effective assessment of training and development needs and translation them to proper training and development intervention
- Strong multi-project management skills
- Strong analytical and judgment skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills including strong influencing and decision making skills
- Proven relationship building and customer focused skills
- Positive and enthusiastic, human and responsive personality
- Energetic, pro-active, result oriented
- Independent, willing to take responsibility and make decisions
- Fluent English writing and verbal skills
- Computer literacy
